In this short scene, we learn that Milady is pregnant and wants to see her husband's face. Milady wants to know if Milady will ever be disliked because of her appearance, and Milady tells her that she will never be disliked for her appearance. She tells Milady that she is so happy that she has come back to her, and that she treats her as a "treasure she regained." Milady asks Milady if she will avoid her when she becomes pregnant, and she says that if she does, she will not be avoided by the whole of Milady's family. She says that she loves Milady just like she loves herself, and if she keeps avoiding her, that means she will dislike her looks when she gets old as she's doing to herself now. She wants Milady to open her eyes and kiss her, so that she can see how she is different from other pregnant women, and how she can do things that they cannot do.
