Soji asks if he can shave while he's swimming, and Hiroshi replies that he can't, since he doesn't have much facial hair. He also says that they haven't eaten much since they arrived, and that they're running out of sweets. He asks if there's any point worrying about his looks on a deserted island, and soji replies that it's not a big deal. They talk about a boy they found on the beach, and how lucky they are to be alive. They also talk about the boy from class a, who's huge and heavy, and who they think is Hiroshi's best friend. They joke about how it would be awkward for them to be alone together, since Hiroshi is a dude, and the boy is from class d. They wonder if they'll get help when they get back to Japan, and then Hiroshi says that he'll be surprised when they do get there. He says that the boy will be a moron, and they should expect a big surprise when they return to Japan.
