In this chapter, the ghost of Mina tries to convince Franken that he is the real ghost of her. She tells him that she has come to tell him that his ancestor lives in the town of Sankyu, and that he should visit his relative. Franken tells her that he wants to become an adult because he has heard that the mayor of the town is strong-willed. He says that he would like to be able to make a loud, people-pleasing voice for his family and friends. He tells Franken to take Mina to the doctor's office to get her checked out.
