The chapter opens with a flashback to the time of the Onmyodo's abduction. The group is still searching for Hiroshi, who has been captured by the half-demons. The other half of the group believes that Hiroshi was kidnapped by the other half, but Hiroshi has not been found. They plan to send a superwoman to find Hiroshi and bring him back to them. One day, a girl turned a corner on her way to school and suddenly became a world-renowned artist. They wonder why the gods would try to change the world so suddenly. They also wonder if the gods are using the festival as a prayer to the gods. The chapter ends with the group discussing how they have been going to the festival since Hiroshi's return. They remember when they were little kids, when they would run into the group and shout at them not to pick on Hiroshi.
