He's not going to give up, though, because he has three minutes to kill him before the whole town is gone. The guy says that he'll erase the town and all the monsters in it, and that means that they all have hearts, which means they can't be killed. He also says that they can still use their real-world abilities to defeat him. He says that if you plug in all of his attacks into his damage formula, you'd take about 4,500 hits, which is about the same amount of damage that a normal person would take from a single hit. So, yeah, that's a lot of damage to take in one hit. The dude says that weisz's account has been erased, so he can go back to being a hermit.
