The Master warns the audience that he will return to his base in the future if they wish to challenge him in a future fight. He then proceeds to tell the audience about the kidnapping of Rebecca. He tells them that the authorities believe that the abductions were the work of the perpetrators, and that they should be careful when leaving the city.
