He's got a cold, but he's not going to let it stop him from having sex. He asks his friend if he can eat breakfast, and he tells him that if he catches the cold, his fever has gone down. He tells his friend that he wiped off some of his sweat, but if he wants to get changed, he'll have to go through all of this for him. The guy says that he doesn't want to get "changed" , but that's okay, because he just wants to have sex.
