It's hot outside, and the air conditioner is broken. The narrator is having sex with his childhood friend. He's worried that he's going to have to stop. He wants to make sure that he doesn't slip and fall. He tries to get his friend to squeeze a little bit, but he can't get the squeeze to come out. He also tries to make the squeeze come out, but the squeeze just keeps getting bigger and bigger. Finally, the narrator realizes that he has to let go of the squeeze and let the pant slip.
