It's hot outside, and the narrator is having sex with his childhood friend. He's not sure what's going on, but he's sure that it's a good thing that the sex is going on. The narrator is all, "suck, pant, slurp, pant" . He wants to make his friend feel sexy, too. The sexy thing is, of course, sucking the pants off of the narrator.
