In this chapter, we learn that the wind-and-lightning pavilion is led by a man named "Xiao-yan" , who broke the lightning prison formation and killed a woman named "Shen-yun" . We learn that this man is also known as "fei-tian" and that he escaped from the prison by using his own strength. We also learn that he is a member of the heavenly eye mountain, which is the highest peak in the sky. This means that he has the ability to use his own energy to help him defeat the other pavilions. He tells her that he will wait for her at the "heavenly mountain blood pool," which means that she has to rely on the strength of another person to accomplish the things she has done before. He also tells her to wait for him at the blood pool, because he will be able to see it.
