The captain says that they're going to find out what's really going on, and he can feel the flame inside the snake's body. He's sure that the flame will kill the young master, too, if he doesn't act quickly. He tells the captain to go ahead and kill the snake if he can, because he knows that the captain is going to get revenge on him.
