In this chapter, we learn that Cai Ming-liang, the leader of the boulder sect, has become a "dou dospirit" . This means that he is a fierce warrior who is willing to die in order to protect his fellow monks. The monk, however, is not invincible. He is constantly challenged by the other monks, and they are constantly trying to kill him. The monks taunt him, but he is unable to resist them. Finally, the monk realizes that he has no choice but to flee the arena.
