About This Chapter
The patriarch of the patriarch's family comes to the auction house to sell his potions. The chief auctioneer tells him that the starting price for the potion is 8 thousand gold coins. The patriarch tells the chief auctioneer that he's sure his father bought the potion for him. The auction begins, and the patriarch tells his father to stop thinking about the potion. He says that the potion has already been sold, and they're going to wait around and find out what's in it. The main item is a scroll that's supposed to be an upper-level skill, but it's actually a lower-level scroll. This means that everyone can bid for the scroll as they want. The owner of the scroll doesn't want to be involved in the auction, so he won't challenge the patriarch. He tells the patriarch to behave himself, and he wins the scroll for himself.
