In this chapter, the three men discuss the situation in the city. They have finished the civilian population, and now they have to figure out what's going on with the dragon seal. They're worried about the three thousand flames that's about to burn out of the city, and they're also worried about whether or not they'll be able to hold out. The president tells everyone to listen to his orders. He tells them that if anyone tries to hurt him, he'll tear them to pieces. He also tells them to stay away from the flame, because it's on its last legs, and he killed it just like that. The guys are confused, and the president tells them they misunderstood the situation. They thought that the flame killed the president, but the flame didn't. He explains that he was refining the flame and absorbing the violent power of the sun. It took him some time to come out, because he had to absorb all of the power. He wants to surprise everyone, but he's also happy to be alive. He thanks everyone for their help, and says that they still don't know where the president is. He'll join them soon.
