He asks the monk to give him the black turtle, and then the monk will be able to find the scriptures and the turtle. After a long search, the monk discovers that the black emperor wants the turtle, but the monk refuses to give it. The black emperor has been trying to get the turtle for a long time, but he has not been able to get it from the monk.
