This is a locked chapterChapter 21: Hey, Burden. I'm Leaving. (Part 1)
About This Chapter
In this chapter, Ren tells us that he's a bit of a tomboy. He's punched a guy in the face, sent a guy flying, and even captured two brats. Ren also tells us about his uncle, who's been trying to figure out a way to make a revival pill that will last a lifetime. Ren says that he can't believe how old his uncle is, but he also says that his uncle sent Ren to capture the brats because he doesn't want to be bothered by other people's happiness. Ren is psyched to meet his uncle again. He tells Ren that he and Ren defeated a pair of men and women riding on the "divine rainbow" . They won, Ren says, because words carry more weight than words do. Ren's uncle is still alive, so Ren and Ren have a bottle of herbs to keep him going. Ren tells Ren to take care of his feelings, and they'll talk later about how the rascal escaped from the seal. They're finally home, after all. Ren reminds us that his grandmother taught him that, even if he makes a lot of money, he should spend it quickly. He compares this to a scene from the movie Monkey King, where the monkey king is immortal.
