This chapter opens with the sound of a green wooden seal falling from the sky. It's a symbol of death, and it's also the symbol of the "libation" of the dead. The wooden seal has fallen from heaven, and the dead are now allowed to live. This is the beginning of the end of the human race, and we're about to find out what's going on in this chapter.
