There are evil spirits in the tunnels, but they don't seem to be driving them away. He wonders if there is a "vaccine" in the room, and he wonders if it is the brain of the infected person. He thinks that the brain is the key to the killing of all the infected people in the area. He remembers a time when a man looked like him in a video. The doctor warned him to destroy the family, and now that he understands, he's convinced that they're all fakes.
