They're all together, he says, and they're having a good time. The chapter then turns to Hiroshi's sister, who's in an internal affairs position. He asks her if she's worried about her sister, and she says no. She doesn't even know that her sister's unit is involved in the battle. Hiroshi tells her to strut her stuff, and to make it clear that the battle is hers to lose.
