In this chapter, we learn that Hirokazu and his men have been experimenting with electricity and magnetism to see if they can create a self-sustaining civilization. The experiment is a success, and Hirokazuchi is eager to return to his own world, where he will be able to use the knowledge gained from the experiment to make his own life more fulfilling. He is also eager to go back to the world he left behind.
