It's the night before the school trip, and the narrator is enjoying the quiet of a beach resort. He's going to meet up with his best friend, Akkun, and they're going to spend the night together. The narrator is psyched that he'll be able to hang out with Aka, and he's also psyched that Aka will be spending the night with him. He tells Aka that he can hang out on the beach with him, and Aka agrees to go along with the plan. Aka asks how he got into his room, but the narrator doesn't know what to make of it. He just wants to know if it's okay for him to be quiet in his room. He says that he gets no notice of it, but Aka says that's fine, because he has no other friends. He then goes on to say that everyone needs a friend, and akkun is one of them. He goes to sleep that night, and wakes up the next morning to find Aka's room empty.
