In this chapter, we are introduced to a new character, the "mika chan" . We learn that she is a young woman who has just returned from a trip to Japan. She is dressed in her best clothes, and she is very much in love with her new boyfriend, Michael. She tells him that he is too good for her, and that she wants nothing more than to be loved. She asks him to take her body, but he refuses, saying that he loves her too much to take anything away from her
