He also tells her that he always beats her when they play tag, because she's so stupid. He says that he can beat a moron like her, and that he deserves to be happy, too. He asks if they're going to tag, and she says that she always wins when she plays tag. He then asks if he can play red light, green light, and so on. She says that's the only thing she ever does, and all she does is play tag. She's a moron, he says, because her phone can do it, and her phone is smart enough to know what tag is. They start playing, and Tromp says that they'll grind her into the dirt, and then they can start playing red light and green light again. He wonders how long they can stay like that, and wonders if they can even play another turn. He finally asks if there's any time limit between their turns, and says that the rules are "full of loop holes," meaning that they can't beat her like they did this time, but that they should try again, because now they can prove that they aren't a match for him, and they can beat her again.
