After a big snowfall, Hirokazu, Tetahashi, and the rest of the gang go to the park to check out the new castle. They're excited to see the castle, but they're also worried about how they'll toast some mochi inside the castle since it's super-hot inside the igloo. The guys decide to go inside and eat some mochi, but the cracks in the ceiling are getting worse, so they have to leave the castle pronto. They don't know how to toast the mochi in the castle because the cracks aren't getting any bigger, and they've got to leave pronto.
