In this chapter, we learn that Portia is in love with Izuki, and that he is trying to protect her relationship with him. Portia tells us that she and Izuki have been dating for two months, but that they haven't been able to kiss. Portia says that she's heard that the other girls in her social circle have sex after they've been together for so long, and she wants to know what to do about it. Portia has been with her boyfriend for three years now, and he hasn't had sex since middle school. Portia doesn't think that it's a good idea for a guy to be bored because he's not good enough to do the things she wants him to do.
