He wants to go to the store to get a new one, but he doesn't know how to use a smart phone. He's worried that the clerks will be rude to him if they see him there. He asks the owner of the store if he can have some bubble tea. The owner says he'll be back in a few minutes, but the narrator is worried that he's going to be found by the owner's wife.
