The next morning, the Governess goes to the psychologist's office to tell him what has happened. The Governess tells him that she thinks Madame Pernelle is in the counseling room, and that she can tell by the way she is acting that she is aware of the fact that Mr. Lorry is in love with her. She tells him to be quiet and not to worry about her feelings for him.
