In this chapter, Hiroshi tells his friends that he's been away from home for a long time. He tells them that he has lost a lot of weight, but that he doesn't plan to move into the house with Hiroyuki. He says that if he ever had kids, he'd want them to have an abacus. He also says that he would have liked to have been able to teach them how to use an abacus, but he'll have to wait until they're older. He's also worried about how much money he has to live on now that he needs to start working for a living. Hiroshi says that when he first moved in, he didn't have much to do around the house, but now he has a lot to do. He thinks that he and Hiroyuki are perfect together, but once they get married, things don't work out as well as they used to. He wonders if he can stay in the house for a while longer. He wants to be a designer for elderly people, but it's not exactly a sexy job.
