In the meantime, the buchou and the himono are having tea together. The buchou notices that hotaru is throwing tea leaves into the coffee beans, and he wonders what is going on between him and his employer. He is sure that he will not be able to talk to the spoiled cats, but he does not want to let the situation get out of hand. He decides that he must go out on his own to find the missing cats.
