In this chapter, hotaru and matsumoto talk about their upcoming marriage. When hotaru tells chan that he is getting married, chan asks if he has thought about what the marriage will mean for his family and friends. chan replies that he has, and he hopes that his father-in-law will approve of the marriage. He then asks chan about his fiancee, and chan tells him that she has fainted twice in the last week. He asks sakura if she is pregnant, and she replies that she is not. She then tells him about the wedding ceremony that she attended, and when chan says that he should keep an eye on the ceremony flags, she asks him to put the wedding officiant on the spot. He tells her that they are doing a private residence work for a client who used to be their husband's wife. She says that she thinks it is wonderful that women now have the freedom to choose for themselves their own paths, and that chan is happy that he and her husband have been arranged that way. When chan mentions that he used to have other people by his side, she says that this means more to her, since she is now off the hook of dating and all. She tells him to drop her a line once she is back, and then they can talk.
