In this chapter, hotaru and yuuko discuss their mutual love for one another. Hotaru tells Yuuko that he has been training her to write an article on "sex appeal" for a magazine. Yuuko tells him that she has been looking for him for a long time and that he is the only one she knows who is looking for her. He tells her that he feels proud of himself for finally being able to be with someone he loves. She tells him about her time in high school when she was bought into a diet pill scheme and sweated so hard that she got a rash. She says that she feels lonely now that she is older and that she doesn't always get what she wants from her friends. But she says that if it takes her another two years to find someone as good as him, then she will be able to find another.
