At the end of the school year, the students are busy preparing for the summer holidays. They've been studying hard, but they've also been cramming for the end-of-term exams, which are supposed to take place during the summer. Everyone's having a good time, except for Tommo, who's worried that he's not up to speed on the latest developments in the world of science and math. He's also worried that the students aren't paying enough attention to their homework. Tommo's a little worried about this, since the summer vacation is just around the corner. He wants to know what's going on with the student council, which is supposed to be governing the school. He asks Tommo if he'd like to make the final decision about whether the students should bring back the ghosts. He doesn't want to make a big deal out of it, since everyone has forgotten about him and ushio, but he wants to make sure that everyone's forgotten about them.
