The chapter opens with the office president of the student council asking for coffee. The student council president tells the office boy that he has told him over and over again to be careful with the guy. He also tells him that he is unable to see anyone of the witches who are part of the group of takuma. He says that he thinks that the goal of the takuma group is to destroy him. He adds that the other witches in the group are also in the same boat. The office boy asks what he thinks is the best weapon against him. The answer is that he can't get along with him because he is too old and too sex-appealed. The other witch is in the power of fluence, and the other witch has nothing to do with it. The chapter ends with the chapter president telling the other students that he wants them to show him something. He tells them that there is something he wants to show them. He wants to know what they think about the relationship between shirashi and urara. The students say that they don't think it's a good idea, but he tells them it is because he has been helping her with her ear. He explains that he knows that the two of them are close, but that they have had fun with another man just cause she is lonely. He asks them to tell the two men that he was the one to tell them about it.
