Suzuki tells the president that the club does not need money because they do not have any real club activities. He asks the president if they can buy a club room if they need it. The president tells him that it would be fun to do so, but that they are not getting a budget for the club. He tells Suzuki that they should go to the home of a member of the club and tell him that they need money. The student council member tells him to stomp well, and Suzuki stomps well, thinking it is a waste of his time. He then goes to the office of the president and tells him about the visit of a student named Ryu Yamada. He explains that he is the same student who almost got expelled from the club a few years ago. He says that he and the other students will use his love of girls to their advantage this time, and that they can use the president's love for women to negotiate with him
