Back at school, Shmoop explains that he saw a future in which the school building was on fire. Everyone blamed him for the fire, and he didn't want to go back to school because of it. He wants to know why he stopped going. He's not the only person at the school who was blamed for the school fire. Shmikle tells him that he was the only one who ran away from the scene, and that's one of the reasons why he decided to stop going to school in the first place.
