The next morning, the group gathers to discuss what they've learned from the previous day's meeting. They're worried that the students will try to pass a law that would make step ichijo the new president of the school, and that they'll try to get rid of the student council and replace it with a council made up of students who will be elected by the students themselves. Everyone is worried that step will be able to do whatever he wants with the school. He's a bully, a self-centered person, and often causes problems for other students.
