Okay, so we're in the middle of the festival, which means that we've got to wait for the president to come back from his trip to the U.S. We're about to find out what's going on in this chapter, but first, we need to get a quick recap of what happened in the previous chapter. First, we learn that the president's been gone for a while, and that he's expected to return soon. So, now that the festival's over, we get to see how things are going between Asuka and Mina. Mina's got a bunch of stuff to talk about, and she wants to talk to Asuka in private. Uh-oh, she's having a little tiff with Asuka, who's a bit worried that Mina is going to try to use a magic spell on her. Mina tries to calm her down, but as soon as she gets to the point, she starts freaking out. She's worried that she might be hurt, but she doesn't know how to explain it to her friend. She wants to know why she did what she did, and what she should do next. Mina tells her that she'll have to figure out a way to get her out of the rope. She tells her friend that her pinky finger is about to snap, so she needs to use some kind of lever to pull her out. Mina is all, "Gee, I'm going to have to use this magic spell to get out of this rope" , and then she starts to freak out.
