Back in London, the gang is having a hard time sleeping. Toranosuke and Kiuchi are late for work, so they don't have time to sleep. Everyone is freaking out because they can't figure out what's going on between the two of them. Everyone's freaking out about the fact that they're not going to be able to sleep at all. They're worried about what to do with the shield that Kiuchi has given them. Okay, Shmoop, we've got your back. We're going to find out what the heck is going on in this chapter. First off, we need to know what happened to the shield. Kiuchi says he'll get rid of it, but he doesn't want to be president of the United States anymore, so he's just going to shake it off. Then he asks what happened between him and his sister, and she says it was just a past memory. Um, what? Kiuchi's got a vision of his sister and his self together, and he says it's clear that she's with her sister, visions, and miyamura. He's also got a picture of what he saw between them, and that's what he thinks is what Kiuchi was seeing between them. He says that he saw the ghost of the shadowed man, and it was clear that he was with him, too, but that he wasn't able to see Kiuchi because he'd been erased from his memory. So why isn't Kiuchi able to find the ghost? Well, Kiuchi thinks that the only way they can find out who the ghost is is if they ask him about his relationship with his sister.
