Haruko tells her that she's alone on the trip and that she wants to talk to her sooner, but that she was afraid she'd be a bother. She thanks her for eating dinner with her and says she feels full. Three days later, Haruko gets a headband and says they can finally go back to school. Haruko says he's already made up his mind to leave school. He wants to meet some girl he knows at school. She's not a friend, he says, and she told him she was worried about him. He tells her to hold on to her word and not to mess with him.
