In this chapter, we learn that the student council is plotting to use the power of Konno's ghost to destroy the memories of Nancy and her friends. Nancy is shocked that the students are using the same power as her, and she is floored that they are using it the same way. She tells the students that she has a request for their help, and that they need her power to submit to authority. Nancy says that she will tell them why, and then they can figure out who the other students are.
