Well, s/he's not going to give them back the power they stole from her, and he's going to have to give it back to them anyway. He also wants to be allowed to run for president of the student council again, after the ceremony tomorrow. He's got a deal for you: if you give him the power, he'll give you back the election money that he stole from you, too.
