Haruko tells us that she's found a new member of the school's supernatural studies club. She's got a pipe line that she uses to track down the power of a new witch, and she'd like to use it to find out who the new witch is. Haruko's plan is to tell the new member that he's the one with the pipe line, so that the student council can figure out who he is and what his powers are. This is going to be a lot of fun for Haruko, because she'll be able to tell who this new guy is, too. She also wants to make sure that the new kid doesn't get into trouble for joining the club, since he'll have to pay for it.
