Two hours earlier, Hiroshi asks Mishima if she's okay, and Mishima says that she can't leave because she has stomach pain. Hiroshi says that he faked being sick to get Mishima to come with him, so he can pretend to be sick so that she'll be able to see him. He tells Mishima that he's here to help Mishima, but he doesn't want to tell her that he wants to get in Mishima's way. Mishima is confused, and Hiroshi tells her that they'll have to follow the two men who are trying to run away. He says that they should follow them, because they're going to try on historical costumes. He also says that Mishima should make sure that she tries on a costume, because he'll take care of Mishima and make sure she looks her best. He's not sure how to do it, since Mishima has so many costumes to choose from, but Hiroshi promises to help. He asks if Mishima will try on her underwear, and she says that it's best to cut it before putting it on. She's going to wear a pair of underpants, and he says that's the best thing to do. He apologizes to Mishima for keeping her in the dark about his feelings for her. He admits that he fell in love with her six years ago, but that it was only because they spent time together, and that he couldn't stop running away from Mishima when he saw them together.
