About This Chapter
It's springtime, which means it's time for a family trip. Futaro and his sisters are in town on a family vacation, and they're all nervous about where they'll go. They don't want to go to the grocery store, which is where they usually go to get food. They'd like to go someplace where they can have some fresh air and some fresh food to eat. They also want to visit their grandparents' house, which they haven't visited in a long time. They want to win a prize from a prize-giving contest. They think they've won a prize worth a lot of money, but the prize doesn't have anything to do with the prize-winning contest, so they decide to go for the prize that's closest to home. They talk about their love for each other, and then they talk about a guy they like. They mention that he's a friend of theirs, and that he asked them out of class, but they said no one responded to his question. They wonder if they should talk about love, too, since they'd been asked out by their classmate. They decide to talk about it, too. They joke about how they forgot to charge their phones, and when they find out that their friends are on their family trip, they realize that they too have won the prize.
