In this chapter, Caio finally tells his brother that he's not going to let him sleep through the new year. Caio tells him that since he met Uechi and Hirokazu, his luck has always been with them. He's happy to see that they're having a good time in the New Year's festivities. He also tells Caio that they need to return all of their money to the place where they've been spending it. He promises to give Caio a massage, and Caio says he'll knead his leg. The girls say they want to give him something to eat, but they don't want to go to the other room because it's so early. When Caio asks if they think he'd like to have sex, the girls say he would, but then Caio realizes that she's kissing him on the cheek, and he thinks that's the kiss that got him to come to the party in the first place. He asks the girls what they think of actresses kissing on the cheeks, and they say they think actors do it, but Caio doesn't think actresses do it. They also say that Caio has cream on his face, which Caio's been worried about, because he wants to make sure that the place is not in a position to offer Caio proper compensation
