The chapter opens with a flashback to the events of the previous chapter. The flashback shows that Hiroshi and his men are now at Urakami Air Base, and they are planning their next move. Hiroshi tells Tanaka that they are going to have to take out Hiroshi's remaining hostages before they can enter the airbase. He also tells him that they will need to shoot at the remaining men who are still holding onto Hiroshi.
