Late in the evening, sato appears on stage. He tells the audience that he is a "demigod human" and that he wants the public to know that the Japanese government has been torturing him. He also tells them that he has obtained top secret information from a laboratory hand who works for the government. He says that they will hold a public health test in the next two days to see if he is indeed a human being. Satis says that he will find every single person who has fled from the government and cover it up.
