In this chapter, we learn that the ghost of Amonita has been captured by the Japanese army, and that he has been taken to a corner of the country. He tells the audience that he and the other demi-humans are going to use armed force against the invading Japanese army. He says that the first wave of the invading army will not know whether or not they should join the fight.
