Dr. Rivers and his wife are discussing the new car that they have ordered for Dr. Watson. She asks him if he thinks she should get another boyfriend, and when he says yes, she asks why he has to sound like he is guilty of something. He says that he changed his car, and that is all he can think of to do with it. She says that this car is like the doctor's car, because the doctor lets him eat on the table, and the doctor is a doctor that he respects a lot. She reminds him that the meal would cost him a month of his salary, but he says that if he could pass his exam, it would be worth it.
