This means that someone has altered the surgery report, which means that the doctor has been writing a different one than what's actually in the system. In other words, someone's handwriting is being altered. So, if the doctor writes a different report, someone else has altered it. So the doctor can just hack into the hospital system and change the report. The only problem is that the patient didn't disappear when there were lots of people around. The doctors and nurses are always on the lookout for patients, so it's easy for them to take them away when they're not needed. So we're going to start looking for a lead from the cctv cameras in your hospital. We'll go in to the surgery room and see the corpse.
